Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Frame does not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details.

All data you enter — camera profiles, ISO preferences, exposure compensation settings — is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any server.

2. Camera Access

Frame requires access to your device's camera to measure light levels. The camera is used exclusively for real-time exposure metering. We do not capture, save, or transmit any photos or video from your camera.

Camera access can be revoked at any time in your device's Settings. Without camera access, the light metering feature will not function.

3. Purchases

Frame offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Frame Pro") to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Purchase status is managed by RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat may collect anonymized, non-personal purchase data (such as whether a purchase was made) to verify and restore purchases across devices. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. Analytics and Tracking

Frame does not use any analytics tools, trackers, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage, behavior, or location. There are no third-party advertising networks in the app.

5. Data Storage

All app data — including your camera profiles and settings — is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. This data is not synced to any cloud service and is not accessible to us.

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

6. Children's Privacy

Frame is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
